Escape the dog days of Summer

This summer has been a night and day difference from last summer with the heat waves we have had so far. A great place to get out of the heat for a couple hours and enjoy a nice family environment is escaping to the Milford Cinema located on 945 East Summit road.
The Viewing experience is a pleasure in this cozy one screen cinema and takes me back to when I was young and going to the local cinema in Farmington before all these monstrous soulless megaplexes began opening up. I found this new movie by the Cohen brothers a bit lacking and the trailer for it portraying a much funnier movie.

The writing was slow at times and needed alot more in the present story and not so many flashbacks.

The acting was good all around and lets face it this movie is not lacking in the big names.

I enjoyed the "Jedi warriors"play off and Ewan McGregor's role, For George Clooney's character it was reminicent of his quirky role in "O'brother, Where Art Thou?"

The movie was entertaining and worth a rent but it could have been a bit shorter, a bit funnier and more of George Cloony's shenanigan's.
